Pressure Behind Right Eye, Neck, Lump Behind Ear. Any Ideas?

Hello for a little while now I have been experiencing pressure behind my right eye, in my ear and down my neck. I have been a little dizzy at times but nothing notable. I recently found a small lump behind my ear just at the base of my skull and have been getting neck ache on and off for the past couple of weeks. Not sure if it is just sinus problems....

swelling behind the ear and neck pain not related to sinus infection.
your eye, ear and neck are getting involved it can be due to infection or any other problems.
there might be problem in ear that is causing the pressure on the eye and dizziness or vertigo.
we cannot come to diagnosis just by history , get examined by doctor for further investigation and medication..
