Pressure In Ears, Neck And Eyes, Get Worse After Getting Excited, Fell Down 3 Days Back. What Could Be This?

hi doc,
i am a male 26 years old,3 days ago i fell down on toilet immediately and gone unconsciouss for 2-3 minutes.I consulted a doctor and he told that it was just a pressure change and when he checked my BP was normal.now i feel pressure in ears, neck jand eyes and when i get excited or tensed this is becoming worst.Could you please suggest about the disease i have ??

hi,
history of fall down and unconsciousness for 2-3 min.
the pressure in the ears, neck and eyes are due to injury, and to rule out any intra-cranial injury at-least CT-BRAIN should be done and if needed MRI is also to be done.
if your CT BRAIN comes normal then pressure is only due to blunt injury, and it will improve with pain-killer for 5-7 days...
