Hi Dear
These are all normal physiological (Hormonal )changes of pregnancy which you are experiencing. For some women vomiting may continue even after third month of pregnancy which will subside gradually.
Minimal white discharge is normal..but consult your obstretician if you get foul smelling discharge with itching and burning.
I hope you are already taking Iron,Calcium and Multivitamin supplements.
Sometimes you may get backache ,leg cramps due to stretching of nerves and muscles.
Get a malformation scan done between 18 to 20 weeks to rule out any abnormality in baby.
take care..do not panic and enjoy the pregnancy and growth of baby.
