Hello

It appears that you are suffering from allergic conjunctivitis with super-added bacterial infection in your eyes. The watering in the eyes flowing on to the eye lids is causing scabs and cracks. You are required to clean your eyes with boiled & cooled warm water after washing your hands thoroughly with soap. You should use some anti-biotic drops 4-6 times a day in both eyes and a steroid ointment at bed time in the eyes and lids.

Infection should get controlled in 5-7 days and subsequently allergic conjunctivitis can be taken care of by using steroid drops.

Regards
