Purple Lump On Right Shoulder Blade, Causing Pain. Remedy?

I'm a 38 yr old female and have a purple lump on my right shoulder blade it appeared a year ago went away and now is back it hurts to move my arm and the skin itself is so tender it hurts to wear a bra or shirt....my husband tried to pop it with a needle but inly a few drops of blood came out and it was bright red...what should I do?

Please I will advice that you get consulted and this lump investigate for appropriate management. Refrain from trying to pop a lump at home as this may cause profuse bleeding if it were a blood vessel and can lead to death. Also, the hygienic way of opening a lump cannot be met in a home.

For now you may try some pain medications and ice packs. After consulting, you shall get a personalised plan to move forward.
