Purple Lump Under The Skin, Black Heads, Painful. What Is It?
Weird purpleish lump under the skin on my inner thigh near my bikini line, it s painful when touched but otherwise there s no pain, it s no bigger than the tip on my little finger but its been there for a while and there are what looks like some black heads near it, I have no idea what it is, why it s there or if it will ever go!

From the description, it seems like a furuncle or a boil. You may try doing warm water compresses followed by application of fusidic acid or mupirocin cream. If painful, you may take over the counter analgesic to relieve pain. However if the lesion does not heal, consult a doctor as a course of oral antibiotics might be required and in severe cases drainage of the lesion might also be required.
