Purple Rash On Buttock Crack, Itching, Painful
This is a bit embarrassing to discuss, but I have a purple rash or something on the very top of my butt crack. It tickles, hurts, and itches all at the same time. I constantly feel it, it s not like it goes away. I took a picture of it, and it looks just purple at the very top of the crack. I have no idea what it is, and I really have no money to go to the doctor. I just knew that was painful when I put my panties on.

Hi,
It appears that you might be having bacterial infection or fungal infection as due to its position there might be poor loclal hygiene and some wetness.
apply triple acting cream locally after proper cleaning.
If pain and swelling is there, go for one antibiotic medicine for 2-3 days.
keep local part hygienic.
