Purple Spot On Labia, Itching, White Discharge, Soreness, Dryness. Could It Be Cancer?

I have a dark purpleish almost black odd shaped spot on my labia , there is also intense itching and some white discharge also a little sore and feels dry, I am a 22 yr old female and have only had sex once in the past six months, could It be cancer? I scheduled an app. with my gyno but thats not until monday and I am just so worried.
