Hello sreedharshini19
Wearing contact lens need so much precautions.
Contacts will dry your cornea, even if it is soft lens which is said to provide aeration. Since cornea gets its water from air.
You need clean contact lens daily. Never sleep with contact lens, never wash your face with contact lens, change the cleaning fluid regularly.
Now for your condition, you need to stop wearing contact lens atleast for 1-2 weeks, if its a soft lens you need to change the lens once in a month.
if you are more than 21 go for more permanent solution.
Recommended time of contact lens should be around 8 hours for a healthy eye.
If the problem persist even after stop using contact lens you need to visit a opthamologist.
Bye
