ENT Specialist 's  Response
The enlarged lymph nodes in this region especially if associated with tenderness are infective and should be treated accordingly. If you are not comfortable and worried about the thing, do consult an ENT and get an FNAC done. But take a course of antibiotics before that and there may not be any node for FNAC. Regards
