Hello Sir, IM 63years-56Kg-155cms.I M RA-Positive & my ESR found very high. My in take of sugar is more.Currently suffer from Left Knee and right elbow pains.Both are deformed. How to reduce ESR & control RA My doctor has advised to go for knee replacement as knee is bent in 15 Degree.Can not walk without walker support. Is knee surgery Must?T&R JV Joshi -Mumbai-
