Raised Lumps, Filled With Pus, Red And Painful. Applying Tropical Solutions. Advice?

I have large raised lumps on my that are filled with pus and are red and painful. I have tried topical solutions but they only dry the surface and the lump can remain. Some I have had for months. I have had some success draining them with hot water, but they usually return. I'm very self conscious about it. Any advice pleade?

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
You have not mentioned your age and where these lumps are located.
From your description, however, you seem to be having boils. Please consult your dermatologist who will prescribe a course of oral antibiotics. A pus swab for culture and sensitivity may help.
Hope this helped you.
Take care.
