Random Sharp Pain In Ear, Tender, Sensitive To Touch Part On Head. Is This Concerning?

Hello, I've been having this problem for two days now.
The first day: I had random sharp pain in my ear that came in bursts.
By Day 2: it has lessened, but is still there, more at night.
There is also a tender spot on my head, on the top right side, which is sensitive to the touch and just feels weird.
I also feel weak and fatigued.

sharp pain in the ear may be due to any infection or inflammation or due to any trauma to the ear.do you have any history of trauma to ear/any discharge from ear/any difficulty in opening n closing the mouth.is that pain aggravated on chewing?First take pain killers like aceclofenac 100mg twice daily for 3 days n if it still doesnt subside pls do consult an Ent surgeon as external n inner ear examination by a An Ent surgeon is a must.Tenderspot in the head also goes off with pain killers. Feeling weak n fatigued ?kindly check ur haemoglobin once,as anemia(low hemoglobin) is a cause of fatigue.
