Rapid, Very Hard Heart Beats. History Of Open Heart Surgery And 3 By Pass Surgeries. Serious?

I am having rapid heart rate along with very hard heart beat. I can feel it all over my body. I would like to know if this can be anything serious. I have had open heart surgery 1 year ago , but was only having anginia attacks and high blood pressure and very high heart rate. I had 3 by-pass surgery but have not been to see heart Doctor again.
