Rash Break Out On Hands, Red Spots On Legs, Arms And Face. Auto Immune Disorder Or Skin Issue?

My daughter is 23 and from time to time has rare rash break outs including blisters on hands and red spots on legs and arms and sometimes face. We have gone to dermatologist and they claim she has symptoms of SCLE but then the symptoms are gone and don't return for months. We now live in Charleston SC and need a doctor but dont know what she has. Auto immune disorder or skin issue dermatologist? Can you suggest any ?

Hello,

Thanks for the query.

SCLE lesions does not remain permanent,

At the same time it cannot be totally cured.

The lesions keep coming and going.

This is the characteristic feature of SCLE.

Treatment is symptomatic.

Dose of steroids is increased or decreased according to severity of disease.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
