Rash On Inner Thigh, Around Scrotum. Used Fungicidal Cream. Itching, Irritation. What Is This?
I am having rashes on my inner thighs and around scrotum for more than a month. Though I used fungicidal creams its still there. It was very itchy till I sprayed after shave spirit 4 days back. now its not itchy but the rashes are not cured and irritates while wearing inner clothes. What could be this? Is there any medication to heal those rashes?

The most common cause of rashes on the inner thighs and scrotum is fungal infection.Sweat and moisture facilitates the growth of fungi in this area.
Fungicidal creams help but they are not sufficient to eradicate the infection completely. For this oral anti fungal medication is required like oral terbinafine or itraconazole by prescription of a doctor.
The after shave spirit can cause contact irritant dermatitis on the rashes and should not be used.
You may take an oral anti histamine on a regular basis for relief from itching.
You may consult a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment. Also get your blood sugar levels checked.

Use some cotton things.it could be fungal infection.have some antihistamine to cure itching.take some antibiotics like cefalexin500.be sure infected area always keep dry .apply some ointment like betadine .take some citrus fruit .void heat .best lak
