Rashes, Condom Tear During Intercourse, Pus From Penis, Leucocytes Between 18 To 20. Fluka Taken. Advise?

This is bharat from Malleshwaram. I had an accidental session in which I found my condom torn during inter course.
I had pus coming from penis and later it got cured. I had a urine check about a week later where the reports stated Leucocytes level between 18 to 20 , slightly turbid and rest all normal. But now I don't have any pain or issues in urine discharge. About a week back I have got rashes on hands and it spread all over. I took a fluka 150mg tablet and now the rashes have reduced.
Want to meet and get it checked if there is any infection. I want all to be in privacy as being a married man.
Please help me.

Hello brother,
Condoms tear during intercourse followed by pus from the penis - Probably gonorrhea. Later you got alright with or without treatment?. You did urine analysis 1 week later which showed turbidity + 18 to 20 WBC. An increase in WBC or the extraordinary presence of WBC indicates infection. You got alright. Now you developed rashes on hands which spreads all over the body. You are taking Tab. Fluke 150mgm, the rashes also getting settled.
I like to know whether any other treatment were taken other than Fluke 150mgm.
If not the following investigations are needed.
1) Urine complete analysis + culture and sensitivity + smear for gonococcal infection
2) Routine STD + HIV
Treatment:
Antibiotics + a course of anti gonococcal even if smear is _ve, because the complication is strictue urethra.
take plenty of water + mild diuretic.
For your rashes and for all your problems instead taking Fluke 150mgm, consult a dermatologist and venereologist.
