Rashes Of Small Red Dots Joining Each Other. No Itching. History Of Having Severe Pain In The Area Moving To Stomach. Thoughts?

i have developed a rash. several small red dots in the shape of a hexagon, joined to another & then another...3 sets joined in a row. They are red irritating but not itchy. 2 days prior i had severe pain in the bone/muscle area where these spots have now appeared.the pain I thought was a muscle ache as I had 48 hours before had a flight of 16 hours. This pain then moved into the stomach area in front of the original backquite severe that i was going to emergency, but overnight the pain stopped but the rash appeared.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the rash appears to be due to allergy, due to the medicines used to controle the pain, or the products formed during the pain, or it may the some fungal infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
