Rashes On Face. Applying Cortisone Cream. It Starts Like Pimple And Itches. Cure?

Hi, I am a 53yr old man and have a itching kinda rash only on my face, mainly on my chin. I have been putting cortizone cream on it, which seems to help but it has been over a week and it does not seem to be going away. It's random as to where it appears again only on my jawline. It starts out as kinda of a pimple and it itches and if I irritate it it gets bigger.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
These rashes might be normal acne but application of cortisone cream might have changed their appearance.
please stop using cortisone, it will damage your face.
you can apply tretinoin, this may cure your condition
