Rashes On Face Spread From Below Lips, Chin To Under The Nose. No Help From Hydrocortisone Cream And Ointment. Remedy?

I have a rash on my face that started back in February like a cold sore in appearance however was below my lip and not adjacent (I have never had a cold sore previous) this rash has now spread over my chin and under my nose area. I have used both cream and ointment forms of hydrocortisone and it seemed to have made things worse and not better. there are red sores and in my research on the internet it appears like impetengo (may have mispelled that)
My question is what would cause that and how to I get rid of it???

Thanks for posting the qwery.
The recurring lesion might be impetigo thats superficial skin infection and hydrocortisone is a steroidal ointment which might aggravate this condition.
You need proper dermatological evaluation pf the lesion and take medications for that. Medications may include antibiotic oral and topical like Mupirocin ointment.
Proper treatment will definitely cure your ailment.

Thanks
