Reappeared Bone Like Solid, White With Brown Spots Ball From A Spot In Inner Thigh When Popped. Suggestions?
I popped what I thought was just a spot on my inner left thigh, to find a bone like ball coming out about 1mm in diameter, the spot originally surfaced around 2 years ago for a couple of months then disappeared. It reappeared about a week ago, after trying to pop it it scanned up I removed the scab and forced out the solid bone like ball, it s white but stained brown in places.
As per your history it looks swelling of soft tissue which is hard in consistency. According to your history there is possibility of benign swelling around thigh . As swelling is not reducing I will advise you to further investigate for the cause of swelling. I will advise you to do MRI and Ultrasound of the swelling. If its collection or benign mass it can be excised.
Till time you can take anti-inflammatory and antibiotic if infection is suspected.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
Take care
