Reason For Abdominal Pain And Clots Without Bleeding During Periods?

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have problem in my menstrual cycle .It is not regular and very less blooding occures. last cycle was occures, 3 days late and no blooding,had a lot of pain in abdoman.also big debris was coming without blood flow.will u expain me why it is happen?
