Hello,

Irregular bleeding is the most common side effect of depo shot. For many women, that side effect often goes away over time even with out treatment. As a first line management you can take tranexa or ethamsylate tablets to control bleeding, In most of the patients the bleeding eventually stops by two or three months. If bleeding persist you can consult your gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
