Reason For Breast Pain, Brown Discharge, Vaginal Odor After Taking Estergion?

I am on estergion birthcontrol and 2 weeks ago I miss my period 1 whole week than 2 days ago for 1 whole dark brown chunk came out and boobs been hurting like its sensitive to touch and have a smell down there and I miss 1 pill on my ovulation day and I had sex that day and wondering if it makes my estergion low and I am on my birthcontrol kit all be done in 2 weeks and what should I do if I miss my period again?
