Reason For Brown Discharge, Pain, Gas, Cramps, Diarrhea?

Hi. I am a 22 year old female. Have had an upset stomach on and off for the past 5 days now, and just today I started having diarrhea. Bad cramping, then Had to run to the bathroom a good 5 or 6 times at work. Then when I got home, the urgency continued, but now It reeeally feels like I need to go but all that comes is a lot of loud, kind of painful, gas and some brown/red jelly like substance..

Hi,
U are suffering from acute gastroenteritis with loose stools . Generally it happens after having food (outside) infected from gram negative or anaerobic organism or both .Frequent stool leads to water n electrolyte imbalance n later weakness n cramps.
So start taking plenty of fluids with ORS( one packet mixed in One litre of clean water) with antibiotic treatment having fluroquinolol with azole group twice a day for 7 days with PPI and anti spasmodic .If symptoms does not starts relieving or increases then visit emergency dept.
