Reason For Constant Whooshing In Right Ear, Stiff Neck And Tingling Sensation In Forehead

I have a constant whooshing in my right ear, drives me crazy, sometimes when I move to fast or stant up, It gets really loud and I feel pressure in my head. And constant stiff neck, I am always looking down to trty to strectch it out. Also tingling sensation in my forehead off and on.

Hello,
I understand your concern. What's the duration of your symptoms.? If it's within weeks or months, I suggest you take an advice of an ENT,because Your ear drum has to be seen. This kind of noise,can happen if you are able to perceive the blood flow around the ear, There are a few conditions like glomus ,which needs immediate expert intervention,and some times its few other causes which are minor. Any case,you have to be seen to proceed further.
