Hello. I m a 34 y/o male, 195lb, 5.6ft. I ve been experiencing a focused pain like 2 inches above my left knee in an area of about the size of 2x2 inches. It hurts only to the touch. Sometimes it expands to my inner thigh and up to my groin in a narrow path. I m worried because I sit ina hard chair for about 2 hours a day, and my thighs get compressed by the frnt border of the chair. I can also feel a small swelling in the muscle in this same area.

hi after going through medical problem it seems you have developed BURSITIS i.e. inflammation of tissue. my advice would be ice fomentation,avoid sitting on hard chair and constant rubbing against your knee,tab.ibuprofen. you will get over it.take care
