Reason For Having Cramps, Pain In Umbilical Area And Streaks Of Blood After Passing Stools

i have right lower pain and when i go to the bathroom and wpie i see streak of bright bleeding,no hemorroid present i been cheked already,pain is at the umbilical area and left lower side and feels like cramps .i have histerctomy whe i was 23 for uterus polips.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pin in right lower abdomen, cramps, pain in the umbilical area and blood on wiping indicate different problems.
The commonest causes are:
Colitis particularly Typhlitis that is inflammation of the cecum.
Appendicitis or lymph node mass.
The infection of the colon in turn can cause perianal excoriation causing the blood to appear on the tissue paper after wiping.
Peri-umbilical pain can be due to colitis or enteritis.
This can be detected by the following:
Clinical examination and thus ask for further investigations:
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography.
Colonoscopy and biopsy and CT scan of the abdomen is required.
Once the diagnosis is done, it is easy to assist in proper management.
