Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of burning sensation while urination that may be because of urinary tract infection or other condition. Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis. If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion. Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis. Avoid spicy food and alcohol drinking. Maintain proper hygiene. Wear a loose cloth and avoid tight clothes. Cranberry juice is helpful in UTI. Start a treatment according to cause.

I hope my guidance helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
