Reason For Head And Ear Pressure, Vision Issues, Head Pain?
hello, my name is kim, I am 29 years old, I have been having what feels like a pulsating pressure in my head and ears along with vision issues, along with that my head will hurt for a quick moment and be very painful, then go away, happens more often when I cough. should I be concerned?

I can understand your problem, this could be viral infection that might be effecting the upper respiratory tract, if I would be your doctor then I would surely treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three time in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three time in day
3) Tab Loratidine three times in day
this regime surely helps a lot take care and have good day.
