Reason For Hoarse Voice And Snot In Child?

My son is 9 weeks old today. He woke up a bit snotty and with hoarse voice . Is there anything I can do? Is it a cold? He doesn't have temperature. I took him outside yesterday and it was very windy could it be the reason of this hoarse voice! I'm EBF since last week , he has been eating all day long.

Yes it may be onset of throat infection or laryngitis.
Sine the baby is very small you have to watch him carefully.
Feeding well is a good sign.
