Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
Based on the symptoms that you have I would state that your symptoms are due to Bladder Outlet Obstruction due to Enlarged Prostate and needs detail evaluation to decide about the future modality of treatment ,.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis with specific mention of post void urine volume
3) Serum PSA.
4) Uroflowmetry.

In the mean while start taking Tomsulosin once daily .This will help to improve urine flow .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
