Hello Sunil, welcome to healthcare magic. Melamet cream contains Mometasone, a mid- potent steroid , which on long term or unsupervised use can cause acneiform eruptions ( pimples). This cream should not be used over the counter and should be used only under the supervision of a dermatologist. Please stop this cream to avoid further breakouts. For the acne which you have developed, you could use clindamycin gel in the morning and 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime. For the dark spots, you could use a gel containing 2% kojic acid at bedtime. Use a gel based sunscreen every 4 hours in the day time. You could also get glycolic acid peels done by a dermatologist. Hope this helps you. Take care.
