Hello, I am having trouble with weight gain and fatigue I am gaining about 3 lbs per week and I eat very little. We prepare food from scratch so nothing processed but when I eat anything I feel exhausted after and it takes a long time to go away is there any herb that I can take to help boost my energy level
Hi, Thanks for using HCM In my opinion you should stop worrying firstly. weight gain can be in many ways . Even if you are eating too less you can put on weight. All you need to do is follow certain steps 1. Do not starve your self for too long. 2. Eat small frequent meals 3. eat in shape of pyramid that is in reducing format as the day progresses 4. Do not take salt after 7 PM 5. Have lots and lots of water. 6. Add more fibres and proteins in your diet and cut down on carbs and fats. 7. Follow some exercise routine. be positive and you will see the change in 7 days
