Received Late, Short Period. Have All Pregnancy Signs, But Test Is Negative. Having Feeling Of Something Moving In Stomach

I'm getting worried I was late on my period last month and got I for only 3 day I have all the signs of pregnancy but I took a test and came out negative but I'm feel like butting pressure on my rips yesterday I had very bad back pains and today I notice a discharge and feeling of starting my period very soon I feel like something all around my stomachs moving (like when a baby kicks)of course in different parts in different time but on my upper stomach I feel like when a baby gets into a ball can this be a bad sign there is something wrong

Thanks for the query.
Just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy.
Delay in periods can occur due to many causes.
And symptoms like pain abdomen, increased vaginal discharge etc can be seen during premenstrual phase also.
Baby movements cannot be appreciated in very early pregnancy.
You may be interpreting bowel movements as baby movements.
Urine pregnancy test kit may not detect early pregnancy sometimes.
So better to go for blood test for pregnancy to get accurate result.

If the test comes negative, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
Wait for one more week, possibly by that time you will get periods.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment for pains.
If you do not get periods even after one week, consult gynecologist once and take tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
