Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
in my opinion you should plan a better diet chart and along with that physical activity must add.
a slight changes in your
diet plan given below
after bed - 2 glass (400-500 ml) warm water
7.30 am - lemon honey juice ( half lemon juice and 1 table spoon honey mix with 250 ml water Luke warm water)
Breakfast - oats, or any fruit (papaya 250 gm)
Lunch - 2 chapatis, boiled vegetables, and if possible 1 glass of butter milk
Snack - cucumber or apple or carrot
Dinner- alternate days you have only fruit diet ( papaya, apple, pine apple, Pomegranate) and the other days chapatis with boiled vegetable (fiber rich vegetable)
Most important thing is do minimum half an hour physical activity a day. it can be
Yoga, swimming, Walking, or even gardening.
* Once in a week try to do juice fasting- take complete rest on that day.
* Drink adequate amount of water - 2-3 liter.
* Avoid all out side food stuff.
