Recommend Options For Reducing Weight In Patients Post Hysterectomy
Hi Mam, Welcome to HCM, I understand your query and concern. Excess weight gain in your case can be treated with strict diet and good physical trainer. I advise you to avoid fat foods and fried foods. Eat oats, fruits, vegetable salads regularly for dinner. Regular exercise for 30 min under supervision of physical trainers is helpful. Anti obesity drugs can be used under your doctor s advise and supervision. I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo to confirm the diagnosis. Consult your cardiologist for expert management. Post your further queries if any, Thank you.
