Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.

Yes, you can take omega 3.
Supplements made from the body of fish, called omega-3 supplements, are safe to take in pregnancy.
If you eat some oily fish every week, you probably won't need to take a supplement.
And regarding duphaston
Yes continue taking that. There is no harm.
Following base line investigations should be taken
1)Complete blood count
2)Blood sugar levels
3)urine complete examination
4)Viral markers
5)ECG
6)Liver function tests.
7)Pelvic ultrasound.
Go for regular follow ups.
Take balanced and healthy diet.
Take folic acid for 1st three months and Iron & Calcium supplements for rest of your duration.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
