hiI am 22, I take 5-7 spoons of glucose with 750 ml water during jogging and running in evening.Is it OK to take this amount every day?Also please suggest me some other foods which provides energy and proteins as I am working so by the evening i do not have much energy left for work outs!!!

i think first u should count total calories burn per day and calories intake per, normal human burn approximate 2000 to 2200 calories per day without any exercise, u should count burnt calories by jogging or running and add in 2000 to get total daily calories requirement , 1 spoon of glucose contains 50 calories, as per your que u r taking 250 to 350 calories in evening, i think u should try other carbohydrate containing foods like raisins, bulgur dry, barley,millet, oat bran,rye, lima and pinto beans, in fruits Bananas, apples, cherries, mangoes and pineapple should be taken..
