Recurred Pain In Left Side Of Neck Veins For 10 Minutes. History Of Frequent Neck Pains. Anything Concerning?

hi, a friend just experienced pain on the left side of the neck (towards the front and not the back) for around 10 minutes and it then subsided. She says she experienced something similar once before three years ago. She has frequent neck pains so could it be related to her neck or something else? Thank you (It felt like the veins)
