Hi, Fore skin is joint at frenulum behind glans and this normal. Many a time due to forceful averting foreskin there might be having cut at frenulum might cause cut and bleeding. Try to avoid averting foreskin forcefully. Clean the glans by averting foreskin daily while taking bath. Ok and take care.
