Hi, I have a mole on my back. Which has been there for years. The other day is grey a zit under it and became raised. I popped it, thinking it was a spot (before I noticed it coincided with a mole) and pus came out. It went back down to normal. Some of the spot has started to come back. Other than that the mole doesn't look any different than normal. Should I be worried?
Looks like you have developed a lesion of folliculitis in the area of the mole. This is basically an infection of the root of hair follicle. Do not pop out the material of your own. Do not touch the lesion much two. Just clean the affected area twice a day with an antiseptic lotion. Apply a topical antibiotic cream over it. Do not apply any other oil or cream over it.
Hope it helps
