Recurring Pain In Lower Right Hand Back Side, Itchy, Diabetic. Treatment?

i am close to 65 yrs man and near about a month i have got a terrible pain in my lower right hand back side, but after two daysit became less but it is uncomfortable, up and down it comes and goes, I am also a diabetic and taking my medicines righjt now I am having a ichy pain comes & go in the lower right hand side a inch away to right hand side close to penis,and bcoz of my diabeties my penis skin doesnot move to back to open my penis to wash inner under the skin to behind of top

Hello,

You're an elderly Diabetic complaining of pain in the right hand.
This may be due to musculoskeletal pain or due to carpal tunnel syndrome.
Rest and NSAID will help. If pain not subsiding consult an orthopedician.
Regarding your complain of not able to retract the foreskin of the penis, it is due to phimosis.
It may lead to collection of urine and balanitis.
