Red Area On Upper Spine Between Shoulder Blades, Sharp Pain When Moved, Warm To Touch. What Could It Be?

I have a red area about two or three times the size of a quarter on my upper spine, directly between my should blades and it is a sharp pain when I make a rowing motion or throw punches. What could this be and what should I do about it? (Also, I can't reach it because of it's location, but I had my mother look at it and she says it's warm to the touch)

Look for the medical person it become difficult to say any without the clinical examination because it makes lots different, still it could be some local swelling due to boil, insect bite uneven compression, try some NSAID if does not go away after 24 hours see the doc, have nice day.
