Red Blister On Bottom Lip, Pus Oozing Out. What Could Be This?

It looks like a red blister on my bottom lip, actually on the lip. Got the same thing 3 weeks ago, it filled with pus and popped itself within 3 days. now it's starting again, it is at that red stage and i can see a tiny tiny white head in the middle of it. Not a cold sore because i have had that before and i actually used the cold sore patches on the sore the last time i had this three weeks ago and when it went away in 3 days i thought it couldnt be a cold sore. Any ideas?
