Red Bump With Whit Head On Inner Thigh, Painful. Applying Clorox. What Could Be This?

I had a what looked like a red bump with a white head on my inner thigh. Since it was extremely painful, I tried to pop it. A few hours later it spead to 9 or so small red bumps with white heads.I thought it might be poison ivy, so I began putting Clorox on the area. It seemed to dry it up over the next three days, except the blisters turned black. Now, I have about 10-13 small black scab-looking areas. They are still painful and putting on Clorox has become painful, as well. Do you have any ideas as to what this could be?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The red bump with a white head is likely to be due to an infected blocked gland or a small abscess in the area. If the lump is big then surgical drainage of the pus may be needed after an examination and oral antibiotics.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
