Red Bumps On Each Side Of Tongue, Did Perform Oral Sex. Smoker, Used To Drink. Any Relation ?

I'm 17 years old male used to smoke alot of cigs n weed, recently have cut down alot I woke up this morning with two big red bumps on each side of my tounge I used salt to washout mouth and bakin soda and It seemed to make It better for a while. I looked in the mirror again in the afternoon and had gained about 5 more red bumps. I didn smoke a cig for 2 days and last night I did one before sleep.. Idk if that's why?? And I drank a little home made alchohal that 'my froends dad makes not enuf to get drunk tho. I see white on the back of my tounge and idk if this helps but i performed oral sex on my girlfriend about 4 days ago i know shes clean tho we had a long talk about it today... Please help me out doc I'm rly worried

Hi, it appeared that she had candidiasis and some viral infections.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
i to my patients with such infection prescribe fluconazole, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and lactic acid bacilli. Thank you.
