Hello,
Painless bleeding during defecation is generally due to internal hemorrhoids.
Normally hemorrhoids ( piles ) occur to people having hard stool due to constipation.Since you are taking less fibrous foods, the resultant constipation might have triggered the bleeding.
Consult a surgeon and get yourself examined to find the cause.
Make sure to avoid constipation by drinking lot of water, doing regular exercises and taking more fibre in the food.
You can also take ISABGOL HUSK 3 TSF with one glass of water in the night for few days.
Thanks
