Hello,

From the information that you have given,it looks like you are having rosacea of the nose. It can present with redness and telangiectasia over the nose. There are many aggravating factors like sunlight, hot showers, spicy foods......etc.

There are many other conditions like folliculitis, telangiectasia, urticaria, photosensitivity which can also present with similar redness. I would suggest that you consult a dermatologist when you get those redline on nose for a definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Hope it helps
