Red Pimple Like Mark On Hand, Have Pus On It. Safe Remedy?

Currently I have a red pimple like mark on my right hand for 3 weeks now. By looking at it, it clearly display a white/ cream colour pus on it (under the skin)
I have numerous times squeezed it but nothing comes out of it. At this stage, it is not getting bigger and it is not sore. However, it looks a bit disgusting, especially given it is on top of the hand.

What can I do to clear it up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi red pimple like mark with pus in it can be wart..hence by squeezing pus comes and again it develops
It is secondary infection which is causing pus .first treat it with broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily and anti inflammatory agent twice daily.
Then remove the wart by electrocautery or chemical cautery with trichloro acetic acid
